Description:

Pre-Columbian, Southern Mexico to Guatemala, Olmec, Preclassic Period, ca. 1150 to 550 BCE. A hand-built pottery figure sitting with extended legs and one arm resting beneath the opposite breast. Highly burnished surfaces are decorated with white pigment while the hands and feet bear shallow impressions to constitute the fingers and toes. Size: 3.375" W x 3.625" H (8.6 cm x 9.2 cm)
