A beautiful necklace strung with hand-carved jadeite and greenstone beads from across ancient Mesoamerica. The beads exhibit tubular, spherical, barrel, and rounded cuboid shapes that emphasize their verdant hues. Size (necklace): 20" L (50.8 cm); (largest bead): 1.05" W x 0.84" H (2.7 cm x 2.1 cm)

  • Condition: Wearable as shown and strung in modern times. Jadeite and stone beads are ancient; stringing and metal components are modern. Minor abrasions and age-commensurate pitting to some beads, otherwise all are intact and very good. Nice polishing throughout.
