Description:

Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Nayarit, ca. 200 BCE to 300 CE. An interesting hand-built pottery effigy scene of a human figure with a dog, both seated on an integral pedestal. The platform is ovoid, supported by 3 legs, and the man is holding a shaft in his arms, likely part of an umbrella or parasol element. Size: 3" L x 3" W x 5.5" H (7.6 cm x 7.6 cm x 14 cm)
