Native American, Southwestern United States, Navajo (Dine), ca. mid to late 20th century CE. A vintage pair of matching silver and turquoise earrings. The turquoise is cut to resemble feathers and set within sawtooth bezels. The back of the silver setting is flat and stamped with what appears to be a hallmark or maker's symbol. These clip-on earrings can be easily converted to hooks for pierced ears, making them versatile and ready to wear. Size of silver setting: 1.33" L x 0.75" W (3.4 cm x 1.9 cm); w/ ear clip: 2.25" L (5.7 cm); silver quality: 90%; total combined weight: 18.8 grams

  • Condition: Some green and white oxidation in the recessed areas that might be cleanable. Dark patina and toning. The earrings are clip style and wearable as is, but they can easily be replaced with ear hooks. Overall fair to good pre-owned / vintage condition.
