Native American, United States, Pike County, Indiana, Petersburg, Eastern Woodland, ca. 100 to 1000 CE. A hand-carved stone pendant or gorget with a singular hand-drilled perforation through the center. The stone is a smooth dark gray hue, and both ends taper inward towards the middle.
