Description:

Ancient Greece, Cypriot, ca. 1st millennium BCE. A wheel-thrown brownware ewer with a slight concave base, a spherical body, a tubular neck with a pointed pouring spout, and a petite applied strap handle. This type of miniature vessel was used to contain and pour minute amounts of precious scented oils. Size: 2.125" W x 3.375" H (5.4 cm x 8.6 cm).
