Rosendo Rodriguez (artist), Latin America, Mexico, Jalisco, Tlaquepaque, ca. 1980 CE. A painted ceramic swing set attributed to Mexican folk artist Rosendo Rodriguez, with one man sitting on the swing and two of his companions sitting above the frame which is adorned with green leaves - perhaps suggestive of a Tree of Life metaphor. All is painted in hues of orange, blue, yellow, green, and black. A wonderful example of Mexican folk art. Size: 3.25" W x 6" H (8.3 cm x 15.2 cm)
