Pre-Columbian, Honduras, Maya, Ulua Valley, ca. 550 to 850 CE. Small but very impactful pair of carved alabaster jars. Each vessel carved in deep relief with glyphoids and animal tails with feline heads on each end. Both animals also have small feet upon their bases. A wonderful pair of vessels almost never found in this size. Size: 3.75" W x 1.75" H (9.5 cm x 4.4 cm)
