Eight wonderful textile sections that together display the strong techniques of the ancients of the Peru, all with strong coloration - rich reds, blues, pinks, golds, tans, greens, and browns - and many with mesmerizing icongraphy inspired by the animal kingdom - birds, frogs, serpents, as well as anthropomorphic figures with zoomorphic features. Complementing the figurative designs are stylized geometric motifs - bold zigzags, stepped patterns, and more. A wonderful ensemble! Size: largest with zigzag and bird pattern measures 13.25" L x 15.25" W (33.7 cm x 38.7 cm)
