This lot includes a large Veracruz coast watcher adorned with headdress and pronounced earspools, a skull form (with lateral perforations) as well as a spooked visage (with perforation for suspension) for that bit of Veracruz macabre, and finally a hybrid human/jaguar transformative figurine. 6-1/4"T x 3-1/2"W x 2-1/2"D (coast watcher), 2"L x 1-1/4"W x 1-1/2"D (skull), 2-1/4"L x 2"W x 1-1/4"D (spooked visage), and 2-1/4"T x 1-1/8"W x 1-1/2"D (hybrid figure) Provenance: Ex-Adeon Gallery, Chicago, IL, acquired prior to 1970 Provenance: Ex-Adeon Gallery, Chicago, IL, acquired prior to 1970 All items in this auction have been legally acquired, are legal to sell, and guaranteed to be as described or your money back.   • Condition: Skull is near choice. Spooky visage shows minor wear at edges. Hybrid figure shows minor loss at left foot and back. Coast watcher is clearly a fragment, but a large one with good sense of original form.
