Description:

Roman, Late Imperial period, ca. 3rd to 4th century CE. A lovely trio of multi-colored glass bracelets, each bangle comprised of sage green glass with diagonally striated patterns adorning its exterior. Two of the bracelets present diagonal ribbons of green and red against a yellow ground on the exterior, while the third presents a more complex tri-banded motif - the central band with alternating yellow, black, white, and orange flanked by a black and white band and a grey and white band. A lovely ensemble of wearable art from ancient Rome. Size: largest (with the tri-banded motif) measures 3.125" in diameter (7.9 cm), but others are very close in size
