Pre-Columbian, North Coast of Peru, Moche, ca. 200 to 800 CE. A set of 3 ceremonial knives with integral handles - each known as a tumi - that were hammered from thin sheets of copper before being sharpened and used. Thick layers of patina have formed across the surfaces. Size of largest: 9.3" L x 5.2" W (23.6 cm x 13.2 cm)
