Greek, Hellenistic Period, ca. 3rd to 1st century BCE. A trio of incredibly fine gold (99% gold, equivalent to 24K) leaves from a laurel wreath diadem. Each is made of gold foil cut into the form of an elongated leaf with one end curled upward where it would have been joined to a gold band made to be worn around the head or the neck.
