This pair of simple yet elegant earthenware jars represents early pottery created in the border area between Panama and Costa Rica. Both ollas have lovely egg-shaped forms. The example on the left has incised circular appliqués decorating its rim mirroring the spheroid shape of the complete vessel. The other olla boasts rather whimsical painted decoration. 8"D x 6"H for largest
