Description:

Roman, Imperial Period, ca. 1st to 4th century CE. A fine collection of 132 die-cast bronze coins of a circular form. The obverse faces display a standing, left-facing figure wearing a large conical headdress, and the reverse faces show a stylized woman with a zebu bull. Each coin is coated in thick layers of green and russet patina. Size of largest: 1.1" W (27.9 mm); total weight: 2233.3 grams.
