Description:

North America, Hawaiian Islands, ca. late 20th century CE, signed by artist Ray Key. A gorgeous bowl with a miniscule base, dramatic walls, a thin rim, and a deep tondo, all hand-carved from stunning mango wood. The rim is displayed with a natural toffee-hued wood grain, and the rest of the vessel with a sumptuous espresso color. The undulating wood grain courses across every inch of both the interior and exterior, giving it a sophisticated presentation. A fantastic example! Size: 5.25" W x 4.125" H (13.3 cm x 10.5 cm).
