A sizable pottery bowl of hemispherical form with a cream-hued ground decorated across the exterior with thick black bands that create geometric motifs within the surrounding negative spaces; the base is painted with a russet pigment. Size: 13.375" L x 13" W x 5.875" H (34 cm x 33 cm x 14.9 cm)

  • Condition: Stabilization to fissures on base and center of basin interior, with small chips and light adhesive residue along affected areas. Light abrasions and nicks, with minor fading to pigment, otherwise in great condition. Nice motifs across exterior. Old mounting putty residue visible around base.
