Native American, Southwestern United States, Hopi or Zuni, ca. mid to late 20th century CE. A cottonwood kachina figure of Patung, symbolizing squash and agriculture. He has a squash blossom on his head and he holds them in his hands, while his head is shaped like a gourd, and his body is painted with stripes. His loin cloth is made from leather panels with yarn. Size: 8" L x 6" W x 16.75" H (20.3 cm x 15.2 cm x 42.5 cm)
