Description:

Ancient Seas, ca. 2 million years ago. A fine example of a fossilized tooth from a Megalodon shark. The triangular form still retains many of its original serrations, and dozens of vertical striations have formed across the upper and lower enamel. The root has formed several fissures and taken on a dark color, both additional results of the fossilization process, and gorgeous patina has formed across the tooth. Size: 4" W x 5.125" H (10.2 cm x 13 cm); 5.125" H (13 cm) on included custom stand.
