Description:

East Asia, Korea, Yi Dynasty (also Choson, Joseon), ca. 1392 to 1910 CE, from earlier in the period. A wheel-thrown pottery jar with a narrow disc foot, a wide piriform body, an undefined and sloping shoulder, and flared mouth atop a narrow neck. The entire vessel is covered in a pale blue-grey glaze that adds an air of elegance to the composition. Size: 3.95" W x 6.3" H (10 cm x 16 cm)
