Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Jalisco, ca. 300 BCE to 300 CE. A charming trio of pottery female figures, all nude and standing with arms spread from broad shoulders. Exhibiting wide bodies and supple breasts, each of the figures displays an elongated head and a characteristic sheepface with ovoid eyes, a protruding nose, and prominent pointed ears. A banded headdress crowns each of their heads, while annular earspools adorn their ears. Size of largest: 3.3" W x 7" H (8.4 cm x 17.8 cm)

  • Condition: Largest figure is professionally repaired with some light restoration in areas. Mid-size figure has repair and restoration to ears, nose, and arms. All have expected nicks and abrasions. Otherwise, most petite figure is intact, and all are very nice with great mineral and earthen deposits.
