Pre-Columbian, Peru, Inca Empire, ca. 1200 to 1532 CE. A lovely pottery vessel depicting an abstract feline creature with a protruding head, bulging eyes, and low relief limbs in corresponding areas. The inverted piriform vessel exhibits a narrow, rounded base below, 2 large handles beneath a flared rim, and 3 additional handles formed by the feline's arching forelegs and tail. Size: 7.125" L x 5.7" W x 6.875" H (18.1 cm x 14.5 cm x 17.5 cm)
