Ancient Greece, Hellenistic period, ca. 3rd to 1st century BCE. An elegant cast-lead fragment of a classicized face of a young man comprised of a slender nose, a singular recessed eye socket beneath a curved eye brow, slender cheeks, a rounded chin, and puffy lips.
