Greek, Hellenistic Period, ca. 4th to 3rd century BCE. A beautifully iridescent kylix, a drinking cup, with two raised handles extending from near the rim and a pronounced, round foot. The black glaze has a silvery iridescence that was likely meant to imitate bronze or silver vessels of the same form. Size: 10.05" L x 7.5" W x 2.05" H (25.5 cm x 19 cm x 5.2 cm)
