A beautiful painting of the Virgin Mary wearing red and green - the colors of Mexican pride - delineated in an oval with golden rays of holy light radiating from her, at the center of a rectangular section of a red, green, and white textile or bandera - floating upon a red mat and framed under glass. A wonderful piece that joins the colors of the Mexican flag following independence from Spain with with an image of the Madonna. Size: 18" L x 14.5" W (45.7 cm x 36.8 cm); 23.25" L x 18.25" W (59.1 cm x 46.4 cm) framed
