Description:

Roman, Imperial period, ca. 1st to 3rd century CE. A wonderful ensemble of 4 petite glass jars free-blown from translucent blue green and clear glass and enveloped in rich weathering film, some even with scattered areas of iridescence. The 2 largest each displays a concave base, a rounded shoulder, a tubular neck and a rolled rim. Alternatively, the mid-size translucent vessel features a conical, fluted body and flared spout, all also sitting upon a concave base. Lastly, the most petite has a globular body and broad, cylindrical neck. Size: 2.3" Diameter x 3" H (5.8 cm x 7.6 cm)
