East Asia, China, Ming Dynasty, ca. 1368 to 1644 CE. A set of 4 bowls covered in light green glaze, 3 of which with delicate curvilinear motifs within the basins. Each is laden with copious marine deposits suggesting they spent ample time underwater, perhaps amongst a shipwreck. Size of largest: 6.8" W x 2.7" H (17.3 cm x 6.9 cm)
