Description:

Western Europe, Iberian Peninsula, Iberian culture, ca. 4th to 3rd century BCE. A cast-bronze figure of a minimalist form standing upon a pair of bulbous feet with thin, vertical striations on the sides indicative of arms. The body curves gently backwards with an expressive ovoid face protruding from the top that bears furrowed brows, a narrow nose above parted lips, and a finely striated, back-swept coiffure. Great areas of russet and green patina have formed across all surfaces. Size: 0.4" W x 2.375" H (1 cm x 6 cm); 3" H (7.6 cm) on included custom stand.
