Description:

Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Colima, ca. 300 BCE to 300 CE. A tall example of a pottery figure seated with attenuated legs pulled closely in onwards the body, perhaps suggesting this figure is perhaps a dwarf. The left arm bends outward before being placed gently beneath the chin in an inquisitive manner while the right hand grasps a ball in a backwards-facing direction.
