An incredible bracelet created in Byzantine Egypt, comprised of a silver-copper alloy, its attractive form finely embellished in bas relief with acanthus leaves, pointing to the influence of the Romans, as well as abstract phytomorphic tendrils characteristic of the Islamic influences on Coptic visual culture.
