Central Asia, Pakistan or India, ca. late 19th to early 20th century CE. A set of large wooden window shutters with each side displaying intricately carved recessed panels. The decorative panels are arranged vertically and feature abstract foliate motifs on the top and bottom as well as a latticework pattern in the middle, and hundreds of petite nacre inlays are artfully arranged within each panel and around the peripheries. Size: 1.7" L x 26.5" W x 50.75" H (4.3 cm x 67.3 cm x 128.9 cm)
