Native American, Western United States, Plains Tribes, likely Lakota / Dakota (Sioux), ca. late 19th to early 20th century CE. An amazing rawhide and hand beaded and stuffed fetish amulet in the form of an eagle with tin dangle cones along the tail fringe. The frontside is beaded with red, orange, white, yellow, blue, and faceted silvery seeds beads to resemble a bald eagle. Size: 5" L x 6.5" W (12.7 cm x 16.5 cm)
