Description:

Oceania, southern Philippines, Moro peoples, ca. early 20th century CE. A forged-iron spear head of the "budiak" style with a thick attachment tang, a rectangular neck, and a petaloid blade with a bifurcated fuller on either side. The blade head boasts very sharp edges which gradually taper into a pointed tip. Size: 12.2" L x 2.4" W (31 cm x 6.1 cm).
