Description:

Central Asia, India, Naga peoples, ca. early to mid 20th century CE. A gorgeous glass bead necklace made by the Naga culture composed of thirty-four strands of hundreds of blue and red glass seed beads. The main support strand is comprised of rough-textured, beige-hued natural fibers, one end with a formed loop and the other with a drilled bone disc, probably horse or pig, as a fastener.
