Finely carved from stone of deep blue-green hues with white inclusions, a celt-shaped bead, drilled laterally through its narrow end for suspension. Celts, also known as hand axes, had meaning beyond weaponry, especially when made of stone. What's more, the greenstone used to make this bead is inherently beautiful.
