Pre-Columbian, Chancay, modern day Peru, ca. 1000 to 1470 CE (for standing figure) and Maya Territories, ca. 200 to 900 CE (bowl). A small flat standing figure of the classic Chancay style, hands out to sides, with painted headdress and facial painting that may suggest tattoos. The bowl has beautiful intricate pseudo-glyph style painting in red around its rim/upper body. Size: 4.4" W x 3.1" H (11.2 cm x 7.9 cm)
