Southeast Asia, Cambodia and Thailand, ca. 11th to 15th century CE. A set of 5 ancient Southeast Asian artifacts from Thailand and Cambodia. First is a pair of Cambodian bronze containers, and next is a Cambodian bronze figural torso. A pair of Thai pottery female figures are shown in kneeling positions while their surfaces are covered with pale green glaze. Size of largest: 0.9" L x 1.8" W x 3.2" H (2.3 cm x 4.6 cm x 8.1 cm); 7" H (17.8 cm) on included custom stand.

Provenance: private Lumberton, Texas, USA collection, acquired before 2010

  • Condition: Standing figure with losses as shown; top half of 1 lidded vessel is fused to lower half. Each with light abrasions and earthen deposits, otherwise in nice condition. Great surface smoothness on Thai figures, and nice patina to Cambodian pieces.
