Description:

Central Asia, Iran, Nahavand region, Tepe Giyan, Bronze Age, ca. 1600 to 1100 BCE. A petite pottery pot with a carinated shoulder and short rim, dark brown bands and triangular geometric shapes are painted over the buff surface. Pottery was often buried in the Tepe Giyan necropolis mounds along with jewelry, bronze weapons, and other goods the deceased might require. Size: 3.5" Diameter x 3.25" H (8.9 cm x 8.3 cm)
