Magna Graecia, Canosa, ca. 3rd - 2nd century CE. A beautiful mold formed figure of a woman, depicted in long flowing gown, hair tied back, with a backwards lean, and her right arm clenching her breast, her left set on her waist. Figure has been slipped in white with pink and red accents. Her face still holds much of the original white paint and red lips, while her hair takes an orange/red color. A 2-1/2 millennia old representation of feminine beauty! 8-3/4"H.
