Description:

Southeast Asia, Thailand, Ban Chiang, ca. 300 BCE. A finely-detailed bronze bracelet with a wide, circular band of a slight convex form, with repeating columns of vertical ribs around the circumference. A detailed winged insect, perhaps a dragonfly or a mosquito, rests on top of the bracelet. A nice layer of pale green patina has formed across all surfaces. Size: 3.25" H (8.3 cm).
