Pre-Columbian, 500 BCE to 1500 CE. This is a collection of six pottery items from pre-Columbian contexts: a rattle tripod bowl (the largest piece), a small redware bowl, a small bulbous olla, a face with West Mexican characteristic almond shaped eyes and teeth, a small pale green bead, and a figure of a monkey with a space for placing items in his back. These form a nice grab bag of pre-Columbian pottery objects. Size of largest: 6" in diameter x 3-1/2" H (15 cm x 9 cm).

Provenance: Ex-private Olan collection, California, by family descent, acquired 1960 to 1970.
