Native American, Western United States, likely Apache or Lakota / Dakota (Sioux), ca. early to mid-20th century CE. A beaded leather belt bag containing stone and a very brittle rubber ball, perhaps game pieces. The pouch has a drawstring closure and is beaded on one side with a stylized plant motif- perhaps yucca or agave leaves- and a cross on the other side. Size: 7" L x 4.5" W (17.8 cm x 11.4 cm)
