Description:

Ancient Mediterranean, Cyprus, ca. 2500 to 1900 BCE; Ancient Near East / Central Asia, Bronze to Iron Age, ca. 2000 to 600 BCE. An intimidating pair of copper weapons, a Cypriot dagger blade and an ancient spear head, both presenting extended tangs and raised mid-ribs, all enveloped in a rich green patina. More petite of the 2, the dagger features a petaloid body and a slanted shoulder. Alternatively, the spear head features an inward curving blade edge on each side, notched corners, and extended wings. A hook projects from one side of the tang, allowing for attachment to a handle. Size of larger (spear head): 12" L x 2" W (30.5 cm x 5.1 cm)
