Anatolia, Greek Bronze Age, Troy II, ca. 2600 to 2400 BCE. A distinctive, beautifully preserved dual-handled ceramic cup from the Greek period at Troy. Rare in the region, potters here had access to the wheel, as this form demonstrates. During this period, Troy was a fortified city, one of the most impressive in the area. Size: 5.1" W x 2.75" H (13 cm x 7 cm)
