Description:

Ancient Near East, Iran, Amlash culture, ca. 13th to 10th century BCE. A lengthy sword blade cast from bronze via the lost wax process. The double-edged blade tapers gradually to a pointed tip and has flared shoulder points flanking a narrow tang. Nice patina envelops the entire weapon in hues of green and brown. Size: 19" L x 2.125" W (48.3 cm x 5.4 cm)
