Description:

North America, United States, ca. early to mid-20th century CE. Two matched pairs of buckskin leather leggings or chaps with decorative beadwork and rhinestones. The floral medallions have cut glass or crystal rhinestones outlined with smaller glass beading. It is unclear who the maker was, and possibly this is Native American made, but it could also be by a Boy Scout, troops often incorporated Native American crafts and costumes into their achievement awards and badges. Both pairs are about the same size. Size: 32" L x 14" W (81.3 cm x 35.6 cm)
