A sweet pottery vessel of a petite size, featuring a precious pair of dogs, perhaps puppies, playfully crawling up to the rim, suggesting that they are very interested in the contents of this jar. Beautiful saturated red hues and nice manganese deposits! Size: 4" in diameter x 3.625" H (10.2 cm x 9.2 cm)

Provenance: Ex-Kalman Collection, Arcadia, CA; Ex-Jules Berman Collection, acquired before 1972.
