Description:

Ancient Near East, late Sassanian to early Islamic period, ca. 7th to 9th century CE. A delicate, free-blown jar of a pale, cream color with the same colored glass in applied trailing around the neck, foot, and down the body diagonally. Applied blue glass circles are on the sides and another applied blue glass circle serves as the foot. Size: 1.8" W x 2.4" H (4.6 cm x 6.1 cm)
