Description:

China, Hebei/Liaoning, ca. 6th to 5th century BCE. A set of five bronze garment plaques. In a highly stylized bird form, these buttons all focus around a central raised dome with wing-like detail surrounding the outside. Rear has staple for attaching to garment. Size: each measures approximately 1-1/2" in diameter.
