A group of papier-mache animals, all brightly colored and fun to look at - one a spitz dog with curled tail, wearing a belled collar and brightly colored blanket, another a whale (on a wooden base) with articulated flippers, and the third a large black fish - maybe a cod - with wide open mouth painted bright red and a human figure on its back. Size of largest: 12.3" L x 4.2" W x 5" H (31.2 cm x 10.7 cm x 12.7 cm)

Provenance: ex-Morgan Collection, Santa Monica, CA.
